1. About the Platform

PitLeague is a software platform (SaaS) developed and operated by OXI Websites & Marketing Digital, a Brazilian company. The platform provides software tools for private groups to organize recreational motorsport prediction competitions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the PitLeague platform, you fully agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Nature of Service — We are software only

Important statement:

PitLeague is a software and technology platform, not a betting house, lottery, or financial service of any kind.

• PitLeague does NOT organize gambling, games of chance, or lotteries
• PitLeague does NOT collect, hold, intermediate, or distribute money between participants
• PitLeague does NOT guarantee or take responsibility for any prizes between participants
• Fees charged are for software usage, not as "entry fees" for prize competitions
• Any prizes are voluntary and private agreements between group members, without any involvement from PitLeague
• Predictions are based on sports knowledge (skill-based), not luck or chance
• Each group administrator is solely responsible for internal organization and any prizes

4. Registration and Account

To use PitLeague you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide truthful and up-to-date information
Keep your access credentials confidential
Be responsible for all activities performed on your account

5. Pricing Model

PitLeague charges an annual software usage fee per user. This fee is exclusively for access to the technology platform and has nothing to do with participation in competitions or prizes.

The fee is charged for technology usage — it is not a group "entry fee"
Any contributions between group members are private and voluntary agreements, without PitLeague intermediation

6. Prediction Rules

Picks follow this default scoring system (may vary by group):

Event	Points
🏆 Exact Pole Position	+15 pts
🎯 Exact position in Top 10	+10 pts each
✅ Driver in Top 10 (wrong position)	+4 pts
🥇 Exact podium (1st, 2nd, 3rd in order)	+10 pts bonus
🔄 3 podium drivers in any order	+5 pts bonus

Results are published by the PitLeague team after each race. In case of official changes, results may be revised up to 48 hours after the race.

7. Prizes

Prize distribution, if any, is the sole responsibility of each group administrator. PitLeague does not interfere with, guarantee, or intermediate prize payments between participants. We recommend that prize rules be agreed upon in advance by group members.

8. Prohibitions

Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Attempting to manipulate results or other users' predictions
Sharing access credentials with third parties
Reverse engineering or attempting to breach the system
Creating multiple accounts for the same user

9. Limitation of Liability

PitLeague is not responsible for:

Race results or decisions by official sports entities
Disputes between participants and group administrators
Financial losses resulting from participation in private competitions
Temporary platform unavailability

10. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

PitLeague is a completely independent platform and has no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from Formula 1, FIA, IndyCar, MotoGP, NASCAR, or any team, driver, or sports entity. Driver, team, and race names are used solely for informational purposes, exercising the right to information about public sports events.

11. Cancellation
